Meridias Capital is also committed to being consistently price-competitive — in terms of both rates and fees. What gives us a competitive advantage in this area is our proprietary pricing engine. This tool allows production personnel to enter loan parameters and search for loan programs from our entire product line.
The pricing engine follows specific rules in processing the loan parameters to find a program that fits. It then computes a current price for each product (including all add-ons) and performs a best-execution, listing the best rate and price at the top of the eligible program list.
Our pricing engine means we no longer rely solely on the knowledge base of each originator to deliver the best product to our borrowers. In fact, every originator is a certified product expert.
Performance
